Tec Bike Parts, Any Good ??

Just tried to contact TEC and there is no phone number on their website which is a bit weird
I want a
Full front fork kit
K+N Filter
Headlight Brackets
Front indicator re-location bracket
and maybe a couple of other bits
Ive tried to email them asking if I could get next day delivery and pay the extra but no reply as yet, what I dont want to do is pay over £300 and not have any idea when these bits will be delivered as ive got the bike stripped doing some other bits to it

All good I ordered all the bits this morning and got an email saying that htey had got the order and all my stuff was in stock and going out today and hopefully it will be delivered tomorrow by DPD then sent the tracking No so all good

Nothing arrived yesterday or today from TEC so hopefully they will tomorrow Fingers Crossed !!

Nothing again today !! waited in all day emailled TEC at 09:03 this morning no reply, checked the tracking number again that now says, DPD has collected my delivery and will deliver it tomorrow and ill get a delivery time before 11am !! funny DPD say they collected it today, TEC say they sent it Friday !!
Maybe this is why they do not have a telephone number !! well £260 parts ordered another £370 in my basket that I wont be ordering from them, first time amd the last, if they could not send the stuff, at least send a text or email save someone waiting in for 3 days !!
If you cant get a phone call txt or email when your spending your money what will happen if something is wrong and you need advice or to send something back ?

 

Totally agree, if I was told the delivery will be there sometime Tuesday, Iwould have waited patiently, but to be told it would be here Saturday or Sunday and it not be picked up till Monday is dishonest and not to have a contact number is rather silly, furthermore to ignore emails is a crazy way of running a business !! I doubt my business would be around long if I ran it like that !!

No the point im making is that I was told by TEC that the parts were sent Friday when obviously they were not if DPD collected them today !! Someone's telling little white ones LOL its just anoying to be honest I wouldnt be using the Bonnie anyway If I needed to go out on a bike in this weather Id have taken the 1250GS, much safer in crap weather

 

LOL Hermes are simply terrible, mind you i think they all are !!
anyway lets hope the stuff arrives tomorrow so I can get the bike back together and the other bikes back in the garage in the warmth !!
