    I know they dropped there H s and used Y s , In Essex you drop the H and think sod it .

    Or is it D's. Was trying to make a reference to the different letter they can use on L plates.

    I never knew they used a different letter on there L plate or P or D . Is it green instead of Red ?

    I know but I was just being dopey.
    no still red, it's a Welsh language alternative. So white with the red letter same as in the rest of the U.K.
    It's a d I think. Don't see it that often but every now and then.
