Lowered lights!

    Thanks.
    Just returned from a drive incl piece of highway. Especially above 150km/u (that is 100mph-ish) the wind is quite noticeable.
    But from the pics I've seen on the internet, it greatly improves the look so I am tempted to give it a go soon. And them we'll see the effect to wind - at best it helps avoiding speeding tickets ;)

    Hey Dan cheers fella, I've ordered part from Stafford triumph this week and looking forward to new mod, I wasn't really bothered until my pal bought the new speed and parked it next to mine , then realised lights needed to be lower, cheers fella

    Did the position of the fly screen change?
    Your pictures seem to show that the fly screen is positioned further back (rather then starting quite in front of the headlights), correct? Or is it just the picture?

    Hi bud! when you take the bracket off everything comes off with it and the lights are attached with a multiple position pivot in between them so you can rotate them up or down, so I may have fitted them back at a different setting if that makes sense, so it might look like the position of the fly screen has changed. I haven't noticed the fly screen position changing apart from being lower.

    Hey there fella, just picked bracket up and hoping to fit in next few days when I've got time, before I tackle job is there any issues I should be aware of, cheers Jimmy

    should be straight forward but you might want slightly smaller gauge top or bottom bolts as the holes can be a tight fit in the rubber grommets. mine was fine though. You'll know what I mean if/when you hit this snag...hopefully not ;)
