    The picture shows 2 connector block hanging in fresh air, do you know the function ?

    Their function is to safely join in an insulated manner two different sections of wiring loom, and, or, one or more electrical components to said wiring loom.
    Well, ask a silly question and all that.
    Sorry I’m in that kind of mood today.

    Because of the jumper cable in it, I'd say that the top one is likely to be an unused alarm sub-loom.

    The lower one I'm not at all sure about but would suggest that you try to find a wiring diagram and work out where those coloured cables got to and from and where the connectors are in the 'system'.
