This is funny and serious. I saw a program a year or so ago where they gave one of the old dial type telephones to two teenagers. Believe it or not, they couldn't work out how to use it.

 

I think I seen that, they didn't know you had to lift the receiver before you could dial a number. Isn't that where the phrase 'dial' came from?

 

True. Mind you, the pace of technological change has accelerated so much in our lifetimes that I don't entirely blame them. Still, if I could learn to use a smartphone, I'm sure they should have been able to master an old dial phone. I'm more worried that most of them aren't interested in motorbikes...

 

The alternative answer is: No, it's very bad for squirrels.
