Good day group, pleasure to be here. Just purchased my first Triumph, a 2010 Thunderbird SE. Apparently only 23 were sent to Canada in 2010 so it is pretty special. I have ridden all types of cruisers (too fat for sport bikes) from my first street bike 2002 Honda VTX1800 to a 99 Valkyrie then a 2004 Road King Classic to a 2008 Suzuki M109R to a Victory Vision to a Harley CVO Ultra to a 2018 Ultra Classic M8 to an Indian Roadmaster (which is my dream machine and I still own) to a Yamaha Venture to a Kawasaki Ninja 1000 (bought to flip for a quick buck) to a Yamaha Warrior, then another Yamaha Warrior to my T-Bird. I have ridden many machines as one can see. Looking forward to putting many miles on the T-bird as I feel it is an absolutely stunning and unique machine. Looking forward to some great advice and help here in the forum. I was hesitant to get rid of my Warrior for the Triumph as Yamaha is known as one of the most reliable machines and since I really only knew Triumph automobiles who were not really known for reliability, but my mechanic told me the modern Triumphs are outstanding, Outside of what I find to be a little noisy drivetrain (valves have been adjusted, tensioners changed by the dealer just prior to me taking delivery) it is a very comfortable ride. Cheers!
