damper rod adjuster daytona 955i '00

Right folks, I have stipped my forks down but one of the brass screws on the top cap which adjusts the damper rod is seized solid. I have removed the cap from the damper rod, does anyone know if this can be bought seperately from the damper rod assembly or if i drill it out can i replace it with another brass screw. Advise please.

 

I have crispey, No. 24 is the complete damper rod, although the top does come off, it is not listed as a separate part and that's the problem.
