If TPS is reporting the wrong resistance/voltage when the throttle is closed then this will cause problems ...it's a common problem with cars as linkages develop play, or it just goes out of adjustment.
Does tune ecu not report the actual value?

    Sorry found it, It reads

Throttle voltage bike switch off, ignition on
    0.2 /0.59v

    Idle reads -7
    IACV -7

When the throttle on the bike is WOT it read 67%

Does any of the above sound correct?

Sorry couldn't tell you without a manual you will need the tolerance figures to set correctly there will probably be a set figure that it should register with ignition on and throttle closed and a figure for WOT, the important one will be the closed figure as without the correct voltage the injectors will still be firing so over fuel and surge.

Well it would apear that the throttle is a percentage of the voltage and its correct.

So im not sure about the IACV being -7 ?

Anyone any more ideas? Has anyone conveted a 955i to carburetors before? Junking th FI is something id love todo at this point.

I dont know if this helps.......my new to me 955i speed triple wouldn't start , it cranks like it should but wouldn't fire , bike workshop checked it over and replaced plugs ......But even though it now starts ok the bike shop recommends it being remapped , told me its common on the older fuel injected Triumphs ?
Apparently they overfuel? What I'm getting at , does yours need remapping ?

    Thankyou buddy,

She has been remapped, It runs slightly worse in standard form.

The BIke tbh Starts on the button even in minus temp's, Other than the cutting out when blipping the throttle it runs really well which is why its so annoying.

Well what a development! I given up and listed her on the bay, Then a chap got in touch and told me he had the exact same problem.

There is a O ring on the Tps that gets worn and swells causing a voltage delay when closing the throttle causing the incorrect signal to the ECU.

Cure? Simply remove this O ring haha, So i did this last night and took her for a test ride this morning whilst picking up some essentials. BINGO!

Job done no more cutting out! Thanks to all those who have helped we were getting very close TPS was next on the list.

For interested i may as well post the Advert here, im going to leave the listing run think a Honda is next on the list, Will use her as intended over the winter if she doesn't sell.

Glad to hear it's sorted, thought TPS might be the culprit but had no idea about the O ring....good news.
