I LOVE Boston Dynamics robots and videos @Red Thunder! Mr. Sandi just showed me this one that you posted a day or two ago. Awesome!

This Boston Dynamics video was the first one I ever saw and it still makes me laugh so hard I nearly cry. Mr. Sandi and I still use the phrase "Oooh, Gretzky" to this day.

I agree on both counts mate... A bit chilly in The Lakes, is it? I remember one X-mas getting stuck near the summit of Kirkstone due to snowy conditions... I had to get back to Troutbeck via Shap...

 

I was in a small peugeot 205 at the time... Inlaws had sold the house in Winster, and were renting in Troutbeck whilst building their house in Scotland. I've been up and down Kirkstone a couple of times with the bike in summer. The road along Ullswater is great, too!

 

Don’t bother with the struggle unless you’re on your mtb...

 

Kirkstone pass.. My old VW van climbed there on 1st gear, full heating on, windows wide open . Seconds were like minutes.

Theres a guy down my local beech does this, When I walk the dog there on a windy day, there he is doing that. and he really soars too.
