    Hi Mike,

The rear seat is removed using the key. The front requires the removal of two bolts into the seat rails holding tabs at the rear of the seat.

    I hope this helps...

Spot on Sam, when I had one it was a pain to get on and off, seemed overly complicated way to secure the seat to my mind, they're a great bike though

    Cheers!

No link or affiliation but there are helpful options such as these available from well known online auction sites (and surely found cheaper elsewhere?):

When you take them clips off Mike and then you're finished and come to replace everything you need to spend at least 7-8 mins wondering where the feck you put the buggers!

I can never find where I put them down, but I always, ALWAYS find them in the last place I think of looking!

I love my 2002 Triple, enjoy yours!

T2072645 but fowlers and W.O.T. don't have any in stock. Try a Google search or
    Triumphhinckleyparts.co.uk
    National Triumph
    Or ebay

If you need part numbers just go to either fowlers or World of triumph site, go to parts, enter your bike and go through the assemblies, you will find the numbers there.
