Hang on... is that the fat lady singing? https://edition.cnn.com/2020/12/08/politics/supreme-court-pennsylvania-trump-biden/index.html
If so that must mean the Trump-controlled Supreme Court is also part of the conspiracy against him ... [that’ll give Cal another conspiracy to investigate]
Yes, SOCUS was a private joke along the lines of DOOFUS....... All you need to grasp is that the President WILL have his day in court (& possibly elsewhere) and that this ain’t over by a long chalk. Ad hominem attacks merely illustrate your collective frustration at that fact and my persistence. Pssst! It’s NOT a conspiracy. And I don’t have a scoobie how the dice will fall.
Another very credible source for sure.... Did you noticed none never like this video link? Even for your side of view mates. It's embarrassing. Enough laugh. No need to shoot an ambulance. Ring me if Trump is finally elected (lol)
If you like the source or not, it doesn't alter that it is fact, and there are 8 states backing this, and that the four states have broken constitutional law.
yeah we know that, it's been written 100 times in this thread. And some already been struck down (eg Pennsylvania). ..
I will gently help you. It was always unlikely a Federal Court would want to intervene in a politically charged case peculiar to one State; especially a conservative rather than an activist bench. Resolving which State electors go forward to the Electoral College is ultimately a matter for the State legislature. In Pennsylvania both upper and lower houses have Republican majorities. They may take a view on allegations of malfeasance.
What on earth would we do without the benefit of that massive intellect of yours? LOLZ The SCOTUS' one-line verdict, without dissent amongst the nine Justice's ranks: "The application for injunctive relief presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied".
Hopefully so when he and his crime family are brought to book for crimes involving obstruction of justice, violating the emolument clause of the constitution, wire and tax fraud, among others. After the Mueller investigation, over a thousand former federal prosecutors from both parties signed a letter stating that Trump’s conduct as described in the investigation would warrant “multiple felony charges for obstruction of justice” The IRS and the New York state attorney general’s office are probably Trump's biggest worries.
I’m not sure Cal cares who’s ass gets punched in the courts, from what I’ve read he’s just bothered about the process and the implications that may affect the American politico-legal systems... at least from what I read, no “victory”, just observation... still he seems to be a big boy and doesn’t need my puny defence.
Well you’d struggle, admittedly, but I think of it as me dropping by and doing a bit of missionary work.
That's kind of you. Anyway, if this saga goes on long enough then perhaps one of your predictions will be proved right, eh? Then again...
. Well, unless I hit the Glenlivet one night harder than I recall, I believe the sole prediction I have made is that at some stage the evidence will get properly heard. There’s clearly plenty of it but of what quality I am in no position to judge. The whole thing is a bit like a river delta. There are multiple routes for the water to take to reach the sea. The Dems have to dam them all.
