    Actually I’m sure I heard a piece on Radio 4 a month or so ago the crux of which was that Neanderthals were actually humans (i.e. not just hominids) and indistinguishable from Homo Sapiens.

    I did say ‘outbreak’. At best a rash, at worst a pandemic.....with Lockouts!

    I can't claim any creative credit for that. It's basically Monty Python. :D

    Yup. Seems interbreeding took place. I’m saying NO more on that!

    Hang on, if I'm locked out how can I be locked down as well? And if I'm locked down, does that mean I can't also be locked-up? This is so confusing...

    Just re-read this and can’t say I’ve ever noticed a Euro ad. Maybe the geeks can enlighten me because I thought Google placed the non sponsored ads which explains why I get everything from cookers to woolly hats. What?

    Nope, the threadrant started by @Gladtobebackontwowheels about his censure which had some lively debate in has gone too. I remember it as I was basically saying the OP was a dick but the manner of his high handed smack across the back of the legs was not the way to make anyone behave differently.
    Not started by DD anyhow. And IIRC he hadn't posted in it.

    So peeps I know I have not been on the forum as much as like said it seemed to go darker and racist. I to liked the banter and the piss taking in a friendly way. Dozers Dad I held and still do in high esteem. I have seen him in a different light and more than once when I was down low he came to my aid even wanted to come here and help me so I owe him my and this is the first time I can say this but my life as I was that close. Things I don't want to talk about now. But Rob is our leader and you can't bite the hand that feeds you that is totally wrong. He does this for us and we help each other out and cheer each other up when the sticks are down and you are all terrific people with great big hearts full of giving and support. And I for one have never seen another forum with this feeling of caring and love for each other. Long may it live. And tonight I was reading a lot of posts and yes it does seem to getting back to the caring way it was. And I pray it carries on that way. Well that's my babbling over i am of the pedestal.
    Love you all
    Joe:kissing_heart::p

    Thanks I think you family members by now know I can't tell a lie. Mum's fault. But this forum is by far the best ever. I can just feel the caring and wanting to help a fellow biker in his hour of need.
    Just Love you all from the bottom of my heart.
    Brother Joe.

    Well said, Joe, and thanks for your thoughtful post. Your words pretty much sum up how I feel, too.

    I approve 95% of the sentiment but don’t see Rob as my leader in any way, shape or form. He is more farmer to my battery chicken.

    “It is not from the benevolence of the butcher, the brewer, or the baker that we expect our dinner, but from their regard to their own self-interest. We address ourselves not to their humanity but to their self-love, and never talk to them of our own necessities, but of their advantages”

    ― Adam Smith, An Inquiry into the Nature & Causes of the Wealth of Nations, Vol 1

    It’s just a little earner.
