Hi everyone I’m from the states and I’m in the process of getting my 73 triumph hurricane back in working order.
Hi n welcome here are some pics of the original BSA project bike built by Craig Vetter in the US for BSA in 68-69.
Thanks for the pictures and support. I have dreamed of owning a Triumph since I was a kid and the dream finally came true.
Congratulations on owning such a rare and great looking machine, look forward to seeing it fully fettled and in use. A mate of mine made this as a tribute (and because he can’t afford an original )
This bike was passed down to me by my father in law after he passed away. It has been in a garage for over twenty years. My wife told me about an old triumph her dad had for years. It turns out it was hurricane!
That's quite an inheritance you've got there!! Re-commission it carefully and lovingly. Well worth the effort as it's a valuable and somewhat rare piece of kit. I feel a fit of jealousy coming on! Bugger bugger bugger!
