Adding two additional high-powered LED brake lights to my striple, just due to being bored.

Dilli did you ever move the main fuse from under the battery box to somewhere more accessible and drier (less corrosion)

an Ebay shop.... the ones I have on at the moment are definitely so last year....sagging a bit... new oil would probably take care of it... but while stripped off the bike and emptied of oily water - as I am sure it will be by now - I thought why not bung in some new springs while at it....

Well.... I actually managed to get a quick 80 mile ride out in the Chiltern Hills and Vale of Aylesbury this morning. Partially wet roads and fairly cool but , wow , did I need that. Not been out too much lately due to various reasons and it felt wonderful to be back on a bike again. Quick ride out for breakfast at the Super Sausage. Only one other bike there when I arrived. Usually the car park is rammed at the weekend but today it was mostly builders and car drivers. The food was very good as usual , scrambled eggs and mushrooms on toast with good quality coffee. Then a ride home just before the rain came again... Went home via Aston Hill. This is the hill just outside Tring that was used for hill climbs back in the 1920’s and gave its name to the first part of Aston Martin cars. Today it was covered in leaves, push bikes and 4x4’s as it was half term and mummies were running their little kids up to the play area at the top... Feckin slippery, the leaves that was not the kids.. I parked up for a photo and when I pulled away I got some serious wheelspin. Is there a “wet leaf mode” on the RS traction control..?,

When we have an adrenaline-inducing fright on the bike we say, "wow! That's better than a cup of coffee!", just 'cause we're happy to be alive.

Have you tried putting them "upside down "?
It looks pretty mean and definitely would suit your bike!
Only downside is the steering lock..

Beautiful view and great photos, @crane operator! How's your daughter's riding coming along? Same question for you, @JtC. I was actually thinking of both of them yesterday for some reason then ran across this post this evening--a reminder to check in I guess! :)
