My 2018 Street Triple has what appears to be a crack in the dash - does anyone know if it is possible to replace this or will it need whole new unit?

Do you know if others managed to get this sorted by a Triumph?

Look for recalls on the gov web site or dvla. Have you had the bike long if not return it to the dealer and ask for repair or replacement its your right.

Even give a decent dealer a shout. Say you know several similar machines with the fault and ask them to contact Triumph.

Pretty cool steed there. Can see how you are disappointed with the fault. The inmates here in the asylum will love the picture Black is one of the favourite colours. And wish you loads of luck.

Thank you. Had a white 675 before which was great but I prefer the black one.

Yes I have the white but the 09 model. Funny it had the clocks changed as well. Don't know why as it was before I got it. But I quite like it aswel.

I don’t think anyone has had success with triumph so far about the crack in the screen.
I think triumphs “get out clause “ will be the fact that you can change the angle of it, and therefore, you did it by pushing/pulling too hard. Obviously you didn’t but you can’t prove it :(:(
I’d get a screen protection on it to prevent water damage asap though (or even a clear bag!)

Oh ok, thanks for that info, it’s worth knowing. Will still try with dealer and also Triumph, I might get lucky.

Hi the same happened to me when I had a street. Came home from a ride, had a brew went to put the bike away and saw a big crack in the TFT screen. Luckily it was still under warranty and was sorted with no hassles.
