haven't done anything on it yet... but after a coffee I'm venturing out, taking the soaking wet cover off it and probably give it a start and a clean..... ooooh such is my hectic life these days.........
I fitted some Trip Machine leather wrap to my Street Cup as I also found the original a little on the thin side. I found it was a good improvement although they did get very wet last Friday and are still drying out LoL. I had a loan of a Street Scrambler whilst the Cup was in for service on Friday and this reminded me just how thin the grips are, also there seemed quite a lot of slop in the throttle (I put throttle spacers on the Cup and I find they work for me) If you are getting numb/cramp then I would recommend trying the under gloves in this thread, I was skeptical to start with but they have made a real difference https://www.thetriumphforum.com/threads/copperfit-gloves-no-numb-hands.25878/
Two issues i can think off are firstly one noise is the outer dust seals squeak and this can be cured by greasing them, i just spray chain wax on ours and the second noise can be sorted by just taking the edge off the rear pads.
After cotrol by police yesterday and the bike was a little bit loudcool....after 11 years the exhaust is not new...I fixed the problem totady with a used exhaust from ebay....only 11T km and the noise is ugly...but good for my moneybag.
Thanks@darkman, I have tried lubricating outer dust seal with wurth dry chain lube. I have just bought some wurth chain wax for the Winter so will try that.
The large relay on the far right looks to have a cracked case and maybe discolouration through overheating?
Sorry it wasn't that easy Duck.....just wondered whether it had welded its contacts shut which might explain the discharged battery.....ho hum.....good luck searching for the fault.......
Sorry to interject but I'd double triple check that relay if I were you I've just zoomed in on it and that sure as hell looks cracked to me. You sure you checked the right one

A crack there won’t matter, it’s only a plastic cover over the relay itself, though it does give the impression that the relays aren’t in the first flushes of youth and could do with a closer inspection
Booked the Rocket in for a pre winter ceramic coating. £400 including full valet and polish etc The guy doing it takes a full day on each bike he does and is extremely anal on cleaning! Supposed to last for three years and hopefully will prevent the marks I have to polish out on the " stainless steel"
Well, after hearing some odd noises on my T595 and not able to find the cause i let my mechanic friend have a butchers. I was right that it misfired every now and again but then he sent me a parts needed list, oh my lord, £400+ later the parts are ordered.
Absolutely, even had to drink my pint through a straw to avoid dropping my tears into my pint diluting the beer
