Drop in the ocean when you think of the cost to keep them for the next sixteen years. Still bloody annoying though

If you need it cheaper, we could use 3 foot of the rope, a couple of well placed knots, a strong arm and a wet room to make the clean up easier???

They will be straight back at it the minute they are released. I locked to many up like them for over 30 odd years, and its nothing to do with thier ethnic minority. The only thing prison does is protect the public from harm for the time they are locked up, and cost the tax payer thousends of pounds a year.

I reckon the ultimate goal of the legal system is to require victims to hire lawyers. A win-win.

only pointing out the cost to our society of the stitch up lawywers of the world have done.
I would have put them in a creel basket and used them as bait for a few tasty crustaceans

When it comes to lawyers, I'm with Shakespeare:

'The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers.'
    Henry VI pt 2

To be fair, I've met a couple of decent ones over the year, but I'd be willing to see them sacrificed if it got rid of all the others.

Once was a local government highway inspector, had to go to court for a claim against the Council, anyway the person
was awarded £750 for a broken ankle, his solicitors fee £14000,( WTF) the judge said that they should go away and revaluate their fees.
    never found out what happened.
