I searched already , just curious how many Thruxton folks switch the TC off?

I haven't yet as I haven't found it intrusive, I've been happy in Road mode with it on .
It feels the most neutral so far and smoother in the twisties .
.I've tried the other modes too. Only 2K on the bike .

Now that i'm used to the bike and it's well broken in I'll try Sport with no TC for grins . when it stops raining.....just curious what long time TTR folks prefer in the twisties. as always appreciate your experience

Looks like nobody turns it off?, I’d always leave it on, you never know when you might come across a dodgy road surface:)

I tried it off yesterday on a rare sunny day , not a huge difference in Road mode , just a bit smoother .

Unless your number is 46, I’d leave it on mate....

Not 46 in my wildest dreams , although I have got well over 100,000 miles of riding and this is the first bike with TC . I usually leave it on as we get a lot of "pop up" thunderstorms in this region in the summer . Not uncommon to have brief spots of rain in the mountains.

I don't like how you have to stop to switch it off. My Honda has a big TC button which you can switch on and off anytime you want. I would describe its TC as rudimentary at best though, throw you through the screen!

With the Triumph I never remember to switch off so its nearly always on. Its a fun only bike for B-road blasting (or bopping) so not being able to turn off on the fly is a bit of a pisser/killjoy. The front end feels so light and tremendous grunt from the gem of an engine, its a shame. It is a bit tamer in its delivery than the Honda so I'll give Triumph that.

For reference, the B-roads round here are like paved motocross tracks. Very little straight and flat.
