I don't think these get replaced often. The Haynes manual gives no clue. I dented the shroud in a crash and have the new part. Now, how to get the old off and the new, on? Does anyone know from which end I need to attack this? In other words, do I start by taking off the wheel and working my way up, or by taking off the yoke and working my way down. I'm sure this is a very newbie question (as are all my questions). Thanks, in advance, for the help.

    Front wheel off :)
    Mudguard off :)
Loosen the fork clamps both upper and lower :)
Take the fork out downwards :)
    Remove the shroud :)
Put the new shroud in place :)
Then reverse everything else and go for a ride :)
    Good luck mate :)

Excellent. Thank you. I was half way there and then got to doubting myself, wondering whether it comes off the top. Again, thanks.
