So this is the new ( Beautiful) exhaust for my Suzuki GS750.
    The question is this.
If you look where the 4 into 1 joins the rear section. it slips on. There is one bracket to frame bolt hole at the back and the head bolts at the front, nothing in the middle and no clamp to spoil the lines.

How do I make a solid and still air tight join?

I was going to seal with that, will it be solid too, and stop flexing My only thought was put a piece of bandage in a sandwich of putty? What do you think?

Stick to the exhaust paste , as DD says decent amount line up clean excess and heat the bugger up. jobs a good- un ,
If it did blow then worry(but sure it would still seal pretty quick even then) too warm to be looking at extra jobs.
Is lockdown turning us into Fannies ? :D:D:D:D

It seems like a long way for an flexing joint to be unsupported and unbraced, is all
    Ill try the putty first.

Yeah. Vance and Hines, make these like this so they must just slip together with putty, I suppose, theres no mention of clamps, and on the youtube vids they dont show extra brackets.
    Its new. and very smart.

I had an early Suzuki gsx 750 , I put a 4 in to 1 on it , didn't use anything to seal it ! It was mounted in almost identical manner to @SprinterII 's new Vance and Hines ! It never developed any leaks ! As exhaust's are self sealing !!! If there is a push tight joint !!!
It didn't move either , as the pipe's are more than strong enough , you could turn your bike upsidedown and suspend it via the pipe NO Worries with it coming apart/off !!

Im waiting for jets to fit the carbs then I need to loose fit and try it. Thing is I need to remove em before I can get it out of the shed so it doesnt scrape.

I ordered the jets, and they were marked as dispatched, then two days later, I get a email saying, EBC is closed for Easter and they cant ship em till they get em from EBC.
I am also waiting for sprocket lock washer. Spend the morning repairing a side panel.

    Update.

Put it together, on the bike, to test, with no gasket, sealent or clamp and, no leaks no movement.
    A well made part.
