IMG_0396.JPG Been doing my 1 excercise and getting my two wheel fix.
If I can't ride my scrambler she will have to do for now, might even get fit.
I do ride this when not on a Triumph

I can say that about my ordinary day to day working life too as I don’t wrap myself in cotton wool!

My daughter gave me a bike about 10 years ago....ridden it twice and we bought the misses a bike when we moved and she has ridden it once....so if riding a push bike is OK and classed as daily exercise ? then maybe time to pump the tires up.

I’ve ridden and raced mountain and road push bikes for the last 25 years. Not so much anymore, but I still get out a couple times a week. It actually helps keep some riding skills for the motorbike sharp. I’ve never felt panicked when the motorbike drifts a bit on sand or gravel on the road. Just ride it out and keep going. The fitness is a bonus as well, I don’t feel as fatigued after a long day on the motorbike. It’s still a very taxing job hanging onto a motorbike through twisty roads all day.

Yeah, I’ve dug mike out as I can’t run at the moment due to a calf strain, do you know what I’ve discovered?
You can pull to the side of the road to let others pass without losing headway, you can look over your shoulder to make sure it’s all clear to turn right or go round a parked car, hand signals still leave you in control of the bike and those silly coloured lanes by the side of roads don’t destroy pushbikes so it’s ok to use them.
And I almost forgot, stopping at lights gives you a chance to get your breath back!!

    Morning members

I too have dusted off the 1 Frog powered machine.

Not sure its good for me though!

I seem to come back looking like a cardiac patient and feel like I've had a 6" wide enema shoved up my ar*e.

Why do they make bike seats so uncomfortable?

    Frog

Fond memories of visiting Overbury's back in the 80's....
fuck, that makes me feel old.
Had just started to get in a few rides on my MTB before this all kicked off, bit have still been getting out a few times on either the MTB or my road bike. It's forced me to get out & explore a few of the off road trails around my home.
