Finally got to pick up my new Speedmaster from the dealer yesterday, actually bought it 3 months ago. 150km ride home from the dealer and it is going to work out just fine.

The Speedmaster is to replace my 2013 Moto Guzzi Griso that I have really liked and would still have but with increasing hip problems I just couldn't get comfortable any more, even with lowered pegs. The ride home confirmed it was a good decision, very comfortable. This is the 5th Triumph for us, after owning an 865 Bonneville (wife), 865 Scrambler (mine), 2010 Street Triple R (wife's current bike and what she calls her forever bike), son's Speed Triple.

Looking forward to getting out for some rides now.

Nothing better than getting a new bike as the country is in a lock down! Ask @dilligaf , how to overcome the frustration. he’s the expert!

Great intro and fantastic picture. You are a biking family then. You all will fit right in here in the asylum. And the inmates will ogle that bike for ages. Do show us the others if you don't mind.
    Regards & Ride Safe
    Joe.

Will check out your upgrades for sure, not a lot planned just yet, wire in my Zumo and mount the racks for my Hepco Becker bags.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone, I won't bore you with all our bikes, just the Triumphs.

Jodie started us down the Triumph line...

    then my Scrambler

then Jodie demo'd her Street Triple R and all she could say on the demo ride (we have intercoms) was "Oh my gosh!" at every corner and then "Oh my gosh!!!" every time she twisted the throttle. :) Needless to say she was quite impressed with the Street Triple after her Bonneville, and still owns it today with well over 40,000kms.

and I forgot to mention in my original post my Tiger, which as you can see was great at drawing sguiggly lines in the sand...

only picture of our son's Speed Triple. We had stored it for him for 2 years while he and his wife lived in London for 2 years (Chingford). He would have loved to have had it there but they both rode electric bicycles while they were there. Delivering it back home to him, 800km from our place with a U-Haul full of furniture since they had sold everything before moving to London.

Added the auxiliary plug into a spare circuit under tank and used DIN plug for USB charge plug mounted behind flyscreen
