Inconsiderate Bar Stewards?

    We get these on a fairly regular basis - overturned caravans (snails) that self destruct and spread themselves in a few thousand pieces across the motorway - but this one has to take the biscuit ...

    "Reports suggest it was part of a convoy of caravans.


    "Report that two lanes were blocked and a dog was loose."

    This was earlier TODAY! It seems highly probable that these people were flouting the requirements to 'STAY AT HOME' and were heading down here for leisure/pleasure so perhaps the destruction of their caravan was a touch of not-so-instant karma?

    What is really galling, though, is it, presumably, occupied a number of emergency services workers, could easily have delayed people travelling to work at important places like hospitals or care homes, etc. and it clearly inconvenienced a lot of people.

    The mind boggles ......

    You've got to be a right twat to drive either a camper van around or tow a caravan. OK, the camper may be your only form of transport but a caravan? :mad:

    All sorts of stories around about ignorant, selfish fuckwits taking the family off on jaunts. They should be fining every last one of the bastards! (which might also help a bit towards the cost of policing it).

    Semi-retired couple opposite my parents go out most days for three or four hours in the car. No family close by, only ten miles to the coast, and never have shopping bags when they back. Wonder which beach they're walking along as I'd love to shop them and have the 5-0 waiting for them.
