Yes, I was somewhat perturbed by the pricing also. For that, I'd want it to be like something from Transformers where you press a button and it folds itself into an invisible pocket on the bike.

I've got my Commander for haulage anyway I guess, I might sling the saddlebags more permanently on that, and if I need to carry stuff, I take that bike.

What else are you adding on Dilli? That backrest and the mounting brackets are so expensive

Maybe dealer will give you some discount?

You would wonder how they justify it - the GT with all that plus heated grips is only £750.00 more.

Addendum - I know you don't get the panniers and rails included on GT

customer if mine pre ordered a NSX Nissan way back. £500 for car mats!
When you buy top of the range vehicles and bikes (and have performance similar to a Ferrari) I’m afraid everything is going to be prices at a premium.
If Triumph know you can afford a £20k+ bike then they are definitely going to charge you more for accessories.
Just looked at the T100 luggage price and it’s half the price of the Rocket.

All that being as it is I do think motorcycle luggage is far too expensive for what it is.
In the main they are plastic for an extortionate price.
