Yup, they put me on a pedestal which is where I should be!

 

Visited a museum in Granada today which told all about the hideous equipment and tools they used to torture and execute people during the Spanish Inquisition. I never realised just how inventive and cruel their methods were, they really went out of their way to make death as agonising and slow as possible.

 

They were horrible, mate..

I went to a similar exhibition of Inquisition torture instruments in Madrid some years ago. The "knee splitter" was particularly nasty!
