In fact me & Dilli are actually only in the 'middle weight' class compared to many on here , but me & Dilli aren't cruel enough to name names eh @dilligaf ???

I can assure you having binned it twice during last years race season that I didn't bonce well at all, now I am an old fart as well as fat it just takes forever to heal, my shoulder still hurts from the below off at Donington in May!

 

Ride slower it won't hurt as much
