    manufacturers use similar + sometimes the exact parts in various models + will change Part # for any difference even a color change, so forums are great helping sort out different fitments that can save $$$

    Ive contacted the supplier of the Ohlins shocks (TR923) I've fitted to my Speed Twin to see if he can source the fixing kits alone. He's emailed Ohlins and if successful I'll let you know ASAP.

    i have contacted FTR (Ohlin's dealer) still waiting for a answer, i will also inform all interested people on this thread if i hear anything

    I got these Ohlins TR924 on my 2019 Triumph Speed Twin 1200. While they feel like a huge step up from what the stock shock was doing, I'm not sure how to set them up. I have setup the sag but the damping adjust knobs don't seem to be doing much. I can't seem to hear the click and can only feel it some times and not always. What am I doing wrong?
