Ian, there's another thread I started boring anyone (well one person) who has read it (that one person) about my quest for a Sprint. I've sat on an ST so know it fits toes on the ground wise. I really do like what I've read about the RS and love the looks, but very few around. One has just come up on ebay, an hour or so from me, right mileage, looks (from photos) and price, but was Cat 'C' (plastics mainly), so got to think of resale value too. Probably go view next Sunday. But also a couple or four ST's I have my eyes on. Gonna take my time unlike with my Bonnie which I was going to take my time over then struck a deal first day I started looking on ebay (no regrets despite the ar$e ache).

Anyway, good to hear of a thumbs up from an enthusiast.

Good idea to take your time. I tend to buy slightly on impulse but am after a newish bike so hopefully can't go too wrong. I'll post pics when we have it

Deposit paid! Assuming the bike rides ok, me and Munchkin will take ownership next Monday morning :)

Thanks :). Less than 18 months old and only 3500 miles so nicely run in. Storage capacity on the GT is immense! Munchkin is very excited, not least of all with the colour!

We tried the VFR12 as well but the Sprint instantly felt more right and I could tell straight away Munchkin was happier too. On the Sprint she can see over the top of me whereas the VFR she's staring at my helmet!!! :)

It's ok, Munchkin likes a double entendre. She asked me for one the other day so I gave her one :)

I had an opportunity to pop into the dealer today so parted with cash and bought the bike . Big thanks to Triumph at Cheltenham who are going to deliver the bike next Tuesday. Excited!!
