    2003, parts T2500203 & T2500396.
396 is an oblong but too big, the second, 203 is square with only 2 connectors wired together.

Sits inside the box, but I can get into it.
My plug has 2 small single plugs underneath separate from the main one.

So did mine, single connectors that were not connect as my memory recalls but this made no difference to block connector from alarm all i did was disconnected alarm multiplug plug and connected shorting plug to bike side of this multiplug, job done for me.

I had the same thing on a fireblade rr-2. Only when it was cold outside though. Solution was a new battery for me as it kept thinking that it (the bike's) battery was being removed when it wasn't.
As a temp, I kept it in "ferry mode/service" with a tea towel cable-tied to the alarm speaker. It kept it quiet for a bit until my new battery arrived.

Not that it maters now. But you know if the battery in your fob is drained it sets the alarm of also.
