Always wanted a Triumph since the sixties. No money. When I had the money, no Triumphs to be found, just not available. Kind of lost interest. Saw the Speed Twin, finally a Triumph for me.
Been riding since 1972. Honda, Honda, Suzuki. H-D Superglide ( still have it), Road King Custom, Dyna Fat Bob street legal dragster, Softail Fatbob 114 (Vance&Hines 2-1 exhaust.) and 2019 Speed Twin. Just love it to death. Works great Canyon carving and long distance ride across Kentucky to "The Tail of the Dragon. The chain is annoying but I love old school anything.

Welcome to the family. Worth the wait and worth a bit of travel time just to join the inmates here in the asylum. Go get that bike and let us all see it when you are a fully fledged asylum member.
    Regards & Ride Safe.
    Joe.

Hi Jeepster, Welcome, :) I'm a newbie too, It's like being in your 1st week at a new school, but you soon get used to it. You'll learn things you need to know, and your class mates are a laugh too. Have fun
