Just binge watched all 8 episodes of The Witcher, It's a bit like Game of thrones, a fantasy type series, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Yet I'm not bothered about it, up to now. I've watched t'first 4 episodes, and am finding it difficult to pick up t'story line. I know it's about t'witchers destiny and t'queens grand daughter, but it got a bit confusing. I know it's a fantasy, but I think some of it is a bit corny. I loved GOT, btw.

It was only ok, had to be seen, but as you said not much story, but sort of finishes the latest trilogy...

Le Mans 66 with the wife who also actually enjoyed it! Over all very good & it gave Ken Miles (who was from Solihull Birmingham) a lot of credit for helping to sort the GT40 out which i didnt expect.

Rise of Skywalker..again with the good lady...not bad but not the film it should have been!

Bruce Springsteen Western Stars The Movie, I'm a massive Boss fan so I may be a little bit biased, but I think it's the best music video I have ever seen, give it a few seconds for the adds to disappear.

So, yesterday, a family boxing day trip organised by the mother in law and seen the new Star Wars film, have never been into them but went along and have to say it wasn't a bad film, only criticism would be where a group of Storm trooper deserters, living on some planet that the death star had crashed on, were riding "creatures" that were so obviously horses with wooly coats and plastic tusks, to my mind, a film with a gazillion pound budget could have made a tad more effort with that scene : unamused:

Don't you ride horses dressed in woolly coats and plastic tusks down in Dorset then ? North of Watford it's the preferred mode of transport I'll have you know. Even Greta approves.

What....even with all those plastic tusks littering the countryside, I imagine it wouldn't take much for them to randomly drop off, plus I can only believe the '"wool" is synthetic and not biodegradable : unamused:

Papillion. Not as good as the steve mcqueen job, and certainly not as good as the book, but worth a watch.
