I fitted a Power Commander Booster today, just road tested it, much smoother at low speeds that before, maybe a bit more go in mid range acceleration, glad I bought it.

It boosts the mixture by around 6% on acceleration which makes it perform as it should.

Hi Wishbone, why wouldn't you just change the needles in the carbs, if you want to uplift the fuelling? Power Commanders and the like are more for injected bikes aren't they?

    Cheers guys,
Yes its newer Water Cooled 1200
been out on it today had a run over towards Brands Hatch; The Pied Bull- where a lot of bikers meet, loads of new and old/vintage bikes, even in rather dampish weather.
It is a bit jerky in slow traffic, may start saving for a PCV?
