@dilligaf - there seems to be confusion on the site so I will back right out of this one. Some of the press bikes suffered and now they are saying older models also. Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. Europe Ltd. is recalling certain Avon Cobra Chromemotorcycle tires, size 240/50R16, manufactured April 8, 2018 through June 1, 2019 (DOT date codes 1418-2119). The innerliner gauge may be too thin, possibly resulting in rapid deflation of the tire.5
It’s only certain date codes and since the Rocket hadn’t been made in those date codes they will be unaffected I spoke to the Motorcycle Director at work and he stated the Rocket was unaffected
So I’ve had a phone call from Kevin at Newcastle Triumph Feckin Rocket next year now PISS BOLLOX TWAT FECK SHITE Gonna put this off until March 1st now Might as well get the new registration with it Have taken Friday off and will go and bring NUDGER home for a few months use Not the end of the world but I have to admit that I’m more than a little disappointed

NUDGER is still in my name and although the V5 was given to the dealer they said nothing would be done about it until the deal was done or if someone was to buy him I’m still making payments on NUDGER and he’s still insured and road legal Wanted him out of the way while I tried to sort out my garage ready for the Rocket Will check with Kevin on Friday about the deal Shouldn’t be a problem Means me and NUDGER will be doing one last rally when we go to Welsh Wales boyo for the Dragon rally in February

Cheers mate As for the dragon rally Nobody knows where it is When you apply for your ticket you have to send two SAE .....the first one they use to send you your ticket The second one they use to send you a rendezvous meeting place and when you get there that’s when they tell you where to go

Aw, dilli, I'm sure sorry to read this. It's terribly disappointing to be so eagerly anticipating something (especially a Rocket 3!) then have it be seriously delayed. I hope that you're pleasantly surprised and it winds up coming earlier than March.
