Scrambler Motor Heat And Shutdown

    Dear Fellows and Triumph owners

    Despite I'm in love for my triumph, the reality is that after 890 Km is at a dealer cause of "after motor heating its shutdown and there is a gap between throttle grip and motor response …." The dealer have change the engine software and the problem remains ….

    I'm also trying to find a solution to exhaust heat … which is troubling at low speed's and city traffic …

    Yes I think again it will be a sensor. Perhaps you need to lower the rating and have your fan come on sooner. Also there a need to check your thermostat and cap and test for air in the system. Do tell us what age and mileage has the bike done. As for your exhaust there are various heat shields around that may fit you just got to perhaps look on eBay. But sort the overheating and it should bring the exhaust heat down a little.

    Thanks mate for Your prompt reply. My bike is from 22 October 2019 and has 891 km ….:(
