This is my tiger, love it,but I'm having really hard time trying to sort the dip beam on headlight,it is shining away off to the left of centre, even after I've tried to adjust the light,I've the front cockpit stripped but still can't work out the problem,it's doing my head in
Are your reflectors ok? There was someone on here who’s had melted Do you get any adjustment, I’ve heard of the crown gear stripping if it seizes up
Inside where the bulb is the chrome reflector has melted,I think that may have been me as I put a brighter bulb in it because it was sore poor, but for the adjustment of the light ,I have moved it as far as it will go towards the centre but I'm still a foot or so away without anymore movement, there is a pivot screw that your not supposed to fiddle with, but of course I tried that,it moves the whole projector part but not enough to foe the light to get to the centre,it still is a foot or so off,I've bought driving lights to put on it,but I need the headlight centred for the mot in November,it's doing my head in,
There's your problem I think mate. If it has melted then it will have distorted, I think the only way to get the adjustment needed is to find a new reflector or failing that a new light Someone with more knowledge will be able to put you right though I'm sure
