    Hiiii Guys ! :D

    How's everyone ?

    So ! Tweaks !
My 2015 T100 Black went from

    to
    [IMG]
In no order what so ever :

-Removed rear fender (passenger's now covered in dust but fuck it ! )
    -Replaced front fender to shortie
    -New retro grips
    -New mirrors
    -Taped exhausts
-Weslake powercone silencers (nothing silent here, she purrs....)
    -Remapped ECU
    -Changed signals to M.Blaze Pins
    -Lucas light & Tail tidy
    -repositionned regulator
    not on the picture:
-Tank's bottow rim is now covered in chrome rim. looks awesome as fuck.

(yes, I'm showing off, follow @BillyAndRamona for more ! :p)

I now want to change the handlebars to a more straight riding position and better manoeuvrability.
Also, my current wrist position could be improved.

    I was thinking about these
    [IMG]

but they are sold out. Also, if BAAK is becoming a renown french garage, their products are often very expensive for what they are.

Also, they're not exactly what I want. I simply want to copy these:

I found these, but I'm not sure about them:

    So I'm looking for recommendations..

    Please help ! :p

To finish with, does anyone has experience with minimalist custom controls ?

I fitted wider higher bars to mine mainly to change the look, if I remember right they're these ones https://www.classicbikeshop.co.uk/triumph-t120v-us-1971-handlebars.html They do increase control especially at low speed but they do make the bike feel a bit twitchy at motorway speeds, they're also 1/4" wider than my side gate so I have to wiggle the bike through lol!
You may need longer cables though, my bike was already fitted with longer cables and extended wiring to the switchgear so it wasn't an issue to me.

Been a few people changed out the bars on the new Speedmaster
So you might find some beach bars on EBay :)
Dunno if that’s the sort you’re after

Thanks. I just looked them up. Unfortunately they have an horizontal linking bar which I don't like. But thanks !

The westlake sound really good, loud and meaty. But they will deafen you on the motorway or any long rides. You'll need earplugs. Which you should always wear them anyway. Glasgow Triumph remapped the ECU for £40 and it improved the midrange.

    So !
I found out here that these are are vintage triumph Handlebars.
And these seem pretty close indeed.

unfortunately they usually come in 7/8" and not 1 inch. I suppose I would need to change all my controls ? (I mean is there adaptors or do I need to change everything ? )

Now that's useful... But what poses me problem is re adapting all the controls to 7/8" just to change my handlebars. Sounds lke a lot of hassle instead of simply find a 1" diameter in a shape I like.

Judging by the BMW pic you posted, searching for harley tracker or flat track handlebars may turn up something suitable.

You could try Redmax Speed Shop, they specialize in "flat track" stuff.
    http://www.redmaxspeedshop.com/flattrack-bike-parts/flattrack_parts_handlebars.html

LSL do a 1 inch flat track 'bar.
    https://www.lsl.eu/lenker.html?cat=10&product_list_limit=36

Raisch also sell a 1" flat track handlebar.
    https://www.classicbike-raisch.de/e...-track-handlebar-for-bobber-speedmaster?c=201

A R Harley may have something
    https://www.arhcustom.co.uk/product...ccessories/handlebars-controls/handlebars/159
Doubt if they have much actually in stock, though.

    Disclaimer:
I have no experience of these companies, other than buying LSL's Speed Four handlebar conversion some years ago. :)

Don't give me too much credit! :)

The research was done some time ago for a project (H-D rather than Triumph) that I have in mind.

I bought some Norman Hyde western bars for my 2007 T100 but they aren.t the same as the old western bars (cow horns) we used to use in the 1970/80's on our bonnies. so I have just tried stock bars with risers, but still not happy, so the next thing I am going to try is some Harley Dyna flat bars from my Harley. 2000. superglide.
similar to western bars but 30" wide. western bars are 34".
