    An update this morning, after trying 0% beer last night, I woke up with the worst headache I've had in a long time then went for a shower and instead of picking up the shower gel I washed myself with shampoo I then made a cup of coffee and put it in the dining room then went back to the kitchen and poured water from the kettle over my Weetabix then forgot I made a coffee so made a second cup!!

    I'm not sure I should go out on my bike today :worried::worried:

    Get a fry up down you Ron and lot's of water, I don't drink much nowadays as I frickin hate the two day hangovers that come afterwards :dizzy:
