This is my son's 2015 Daytona 675R in Phantom Black matt metallic paint, together with a host of tasteful customised additions - for sale at £7,250. He's owned it from new in November 2015 and has covered 11,925 miles. All maintenance has been performed by Triumph, up to and including an early 12,000 mile major service (which includes the valve clearances). The last, out-of-warranty, service was carried out by an independent mechanic at the beginning of the season in April 2019. There's a stamped service book and all supporting paperwork. MOT is due on 5 October but I'll renew prior to, or as part of the sale agreement. The bike has always been garaged and for the last couple of years, SORN over the winter. Overall condition is honestly superb, with the exception of the following very minor scrapes: - Minor scuff on the upper R/H fairing - Minor scuff to the R/H engine case protection cover (easily replaceable) - Minor scuff to the outside edge of the exhaust can - Hairline crack beneath L/H front indicator - Hairline crack to upper rear tail bodywork - Tiny stone chip to top of tank (touched up) The carbon extras are all 'plain weave' to match the standard Triumph carbon rear hugger, front mudguard and cockpit infills. The Austin Racing exhaust was fitted by Triumph from outset, and there are numerous premium accessories that further improve upon the standard configuration. The full spec is as follows: Standard features Ohlins front and rear suspension Steering damper Brembo front and rear ABS brakes Quickshifter (up only) Carbon cockpit infills, front mudguard and rear hugger Bodywork and fittings Carbon lower left/right fairings Carbon tail under-tray Carbon chain guard Carbon air intake surround Carbon headlight trim LED position lamp Blue/white H7 main and high beam lamps Smoked 'double-bubble' screen Triumph slim LED front and rear indicators Triumph clear tail light Triumph seat cowl (rear seat included) Evotech pillion peg blanking plates (pillion pegs included) Evotech tail tidy Evotech radiator guard Evotech paddock stand bobbins Triumph frame and fork sliders Triumph engine case protection covers Oberon Performance CNC alloy fuel cap 8x6 numberplate Controls Triumph CNC alloy rearsets ASV brake and clutch levers (standard length) Performance Austin Racing GP2R slip-on exhaust (baffle included) Austin Racing left-side lower fairing infill Triumph map for Arrow slip-on Standard plus spare K&N air filter Michelin Pilot RS front and rear tyres (approximately 80% life remaining) Suspension tuned for 72 kg rider
Thanks for those wise words Glyn - after quibbling over £250 with a couple of potential buyers, it's quite likely that the bike will be staying. It would be criminal to 'give it away'...it's such a lovely example The eBay classified has just ended...and coupled with your comments, I think it's meant to be this way
Honestly this was mine that I pxd in 2018 and have been gutted since, I’ve not ridden anything as rewarding
Is that an aftermarket steering damper and how does it improve over the standard one? What bike did you part-ex for?
That’s an Ohlins Damper with a Harris fitting kit. It’s better than standard if you already have it but expensive if you have to buy it I now have a Thruxton
Following a short period of indecision - and in the wake of renewed Daytona fever, the 675R is for sale again. It's a brilliant example, so someone please take if off my hands
