Hi im new but have been lurking a bit and need to see if I have any gaps in information i have found.

I have a newish Speed Twin which was involved in a RTA - not me but bike needs new forks and I am looking at some changes in other areas.

I see no one as yet is producing fork replacements so I will look to replace the internals. So far I have as options found but would be grateful if any others are mentioned:
    TEC: https://shop.tecbikeparts.com/products/speed-twin-springs
    Matris: https://www.matrisdampers.com/en/triumph-bonneville-speed-twin-1200-my-2019/

Exhaust - just wondered if the T120 Bonne exhaust will fit on a Speed Twin? Im thinking the brackets are in the wrong place - but has anyone tried or measured them up previously?

General parts - I need to order a heap of factory parts, clocks, headlights, fork externals etc etc... any thoughts on sourcing the best deal on these other than through my local dealer?

as for cartridge kits andreani get good reviews and are a lot cheaper than ohlins. for the clocks and lights I think you'll have to go main dealer.

Ohlins fully adjustable preload and compression £650.00 and work very well on the Thruxton 1200 S which is pretty much the same bike

    Glyn,
Are these FKS218 cartridges , which springs did you go for to suit your bike & and are they easy to fit i.e due the fork legs need to come off the bike ? or do in situ ?.

9AE48EC1-9C51-4B7D-A0CD-22AF6AB86AEC.jpeg They’re NIX 30’s , not sure if that’s the same with a different name.
I went for the hardest springs they do as I’m no lightweight and I like to feel the road.
I removed the forks and k tech rebuilt on the bench
