The pic with the bikes under t'awning brings back memories. Some of the best weekends of my life, when I was racing, especially at Cadwell.
My pal Joey loved it there, wish I’d been there myself b if the track temp is the same for racing they look spot on mate
That race 2 done, same position same lap times, I am calling it consistent, others may say crap! But 2 more races tomorrow & need a finish in 1st one & the vest will be burned!
The people that call a racer's riding crap are usually those that have only seen a track on their TVs. You have had two consistent races without serious mistakes, which on a new track with a new set up in your first season shows consistent improvement. Stick with it and enjoy your racing - and just as important, enjoy the craic with the other racers in tthe downtime! Good luck for tomorrow and have fun - time to get rid of that vest!
All the best for shedding the vest, go well BB. I would want to mount it as a milestone, but the burning ritual may be more fun
Time brings results, just learning the circuit is worth a good chunk of time, and have a goodun today
Glad to see you’ve got a proper rear paddock stand, that must have saved more time than the suspension mods
Nice work BB - congratulations! You are the man. Now your on-track photo's are going to look EVEN betterer!
It doesn't get better than an observation from an informed, experienced and unbiased fellow competitor. Really chuffed to bits for you, BB. I imagine the REAL buzz is feeling more self confident as that's when the improvements will start to happen naturally rather than trying to rush or 'force' them.
Well done Billy, sounds like the enjoyment is starting to kick in again Hopefully see you at Anglesey on the Saturday and deffo at Oulton in September
