Hi biglad, I will give it a whirl mate. New computer with loads of new stuff. The old one used to say the file/photo was too big but this bugger didn't earlier. So I take it ALL the photo`s I post are TOOOOOO BIG?? Cheers Dude!
Well let's put it this way, if the file size is significantly smaller, it'll be quicker for you to upload them and MUCH quicker for others to view them. Or alternatively, YES !
Just came back from 10 days at the Isle of Man TT, lovely roads lovely people and great racing. And good weather.
Spent the last couple of evenings cleaning, topping up and lubing the Speedy because.......................................................................I'm off on me holiday's on Saturday
Oh well the bikes more famous than me, makes sense she's prettier, now she's gonna start dieting!! And I'll have a cupboard full of seat cowls before I know it!
Yesterday changed the front sprocket from 19T back to std.18T. Adjusted the chain just a bit tighter. Had both exhausts off and gave them a good clean. Changed back to KPH clock (after UK visit on the MPH one) Just come back from a run out and all is good.
Took the bike to work today, still running a bit hot in traffic so got to figure out how to sort that one out. More importantly my new bike is currently been transported South and I'm hoping that it will arrive before the weekend.
Took the sprint on the "Charlbury TT", page 42 of Bikers' Britain. Who knew there were roads like that around here. Who knew that I would hardly be able to pull the clutch lever by the end. Will have to exercise the old wrist not used to that amount of twisties. Still a brilliant ride.
Had a crap day at work... Finished in the baking sun for my 40mile commute and everything was better... I love riding my scrambler!
No work this weekend!! went out on my Thruxton, 180 miles round Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire, trying to keep off the main roads as usual and navigating by the sun,,,, ended up in 2 farmyards and some woods but a great 5 hours, did stop for tea and pee at loomies newlands and rykers. Having limped off the bike after my longest stint, 2 1/2 hr, a gel seat started to seem like a good idea.
Sounds good Crispey. Good sort of riding that. I sometimes wander round Lincolnshire with a packed lunch and find a nice field gateway to pull into with a view. An hour with that and a book on my iPhone and the world seems a much more relaxed place!
I dragged the 900 Trophy out today and went for a run to Kings Lynn and had a coffee and returned via Fakenham and Great Massingham, nice ride out but I not the bike was getting too hot even at 60mph so the Trophy went back in the garage ready for another cooler day Keith
