Old Milwaukee because you only rent beer, the rest of the $ can be put to better uses. Not much bragging rights here.

Two pints of Consett pale ale whilst out for a meal with wor lass :yum
Ordered a T bone but they had none :(
So sirloin it was and bloody lovely as well :yum
Followed by the biggest cheese board I’ve ever had in my life
Had to ask where it was as I had been waiting for it for quite a while so I think that’s why it was so large
Then by way of apology the cheese and drinks were removed from the bill :grinning:
Back in the house now and back on the Jack Daniels :yum
    I Feckin love weekends :p

Yes,. I usually take a few on holiday to build up to keep me busy. This one was a good kit with working suspension.

I got it off ebay about 6 years ago (Tamiya). As you say good large scale kits are hard to find and I also have trouble finding them.
This was another one although not as big or as good.

I'm a little late to this thread party but it seems right up my alley. So my post is a little late on the uptake but I just couldn't resist responding to this comment.

You could ask him about torque wenches. I suspect some of the members on this forum know something about that! ;)

Hmmm, Ron. Wine. Check. Cigarette and lighter. Check. Reading glasses. Check. Paper and pens. Check. Utensil for eating (I assume) Check. But.....a tweezers?? WTF?! Hey, maybe I need the reading glasses. But this seems to be a case of "which thing in this picture doesn't fit"?

Hendrick's martini with a touch of Vya vermouth and a lemon twist. Shaken. Not stirred.

I'm keeping with the Hendrick's theme this evening but having a gimlet rather than a martini. It's hotter than the sun here right now and the lime sounded refreshing. Plus it fights off scurvy. Hmmm, maybe I need another?
