Lovely, wife and I often have breakfast at Morrisons..

 

Well I know Dilli is still at the Rally, so did the weigh in ..... 16 stone 3lbs, managed to lose 1 of the 2 pounds put on after being away last weekend, so not exactly going to plan this fecking weight loss! Supposed to be down to 15.2 by this time in 3 weeks!

Me and Mrs have that in our house, 1 for you, 2 for me, 1 for you etc

 

Not on a plan other than eat less move more, the no alcohol thing lasted 2 weeks, have had a drink at weekend.

All this talk of black pudding, I’ll have to go to the butchers for some tomorrow, or just go out for a fry up.
Any excuse, though I can justifiably blame you lot

Not been myself but my mates wife goes there regularly

 

Best black puddings I’ve ever had were in Stornaway of all places.
I find that a lot have too many fat lumps in them for me. I’ll still eat it though.

They do a pretty mean Lorne sausage too

 

Now that's a good greedy bacon sarnie, just the job

 

I hate it when they stick that much bacon in, two rashers and a bit of brown sauce is enough for me.
