Laudable sentiments Mr M.

There is a community cafe in Brighton I use where you can "buy" a coffee or a cake or whatever for someone you don't know.

I do a day a week in the charity warehouse of a local hospice and although I'm normally wrecked after a day of shifting beds and wardrobes it's a worthwhile way of giving something back.

 

Acts of Random Kindness - this is my mantra. Why wouldn't you want to do something nice or kind for someone else?

Oh dear, that obvious eh?

 

An old spiritual thingy I learned many years whilst "on the way back" myself. "Do good feel good, do bad feel awful". Came out of the mouth of a Canadian Lumberjack. Nothing to do with religion or politics as yer say. Simple is best as always.

I helped a blind bloke across the road the other day , but then I had to take him back because it turned out he wanted to go in the shop he was stood outside of & didnt want to cross the road at all , he had just got disorientated & was facing the wrong way . Guess I should have asked him really
