Just arrived at ferry port in Stranraer...

Well today has been a good one. We left Newcastle at 08:30hs and stopped of at Gretna for a coffee before heading to Stranraer for ferry. Two hours on very calm sea and into our hotel In Larne. A meal and a couple of pints before heading to my bed, me thinks.

Update for Monday.
Well wall to wall sunshine today. Rode north along the east coast and across the north coast to Derry, then headed north into the mountains before dropping back down into Letterkenny. Curry and few pints, now ready for my bed.

 

Thanks guys, yep weather was great and the roads awesome. Just getting ready to head of around the North west coast.

 

It’s been like toast here in sunny Ireland. Although I think our luck is running out, with rain on its way. Might get a dry day tomorrow, but Thurs and Fri look to be wet.

 

Tuesday update.
Been to Glenveagh National Park and Castle this morning..... the bird was flying around in the cafe nicking food of the tables. My brother-in- law Dave in one of the towers.

Then we set of to ride the west coast along the Great Atlantic Way. Stunning scenery and roads.

 

Not sure what it is Andy, was gonna wait till I get home and look it up..

 

Ok, I will take your word on that then...
