Thunderbird storm test rides

    Is it just me or is it hard to find a triumph dealer with a Triumph storm on demo, as I have tried two and only one had a storm for a test ride which turned out a no go due to electrical fault, (should add the bike in question was a second hand trade in )not a new one ? your not going to break any sales records like that it seems to me that the dealers are more interested in shifting the adventure side of the market maybe this is where the money is at the moment. just a thought I will keep on trying as I really like the look of the night storm

    Try Youles in Manchester. Let me try a Storm for a couple of hours. Ended up buying one

    Or you could try Team Roberts in Conisbrough near Doncaster. They are usually a pretty amenable bunch.

    The Storm was my first cruiser and boy did I make the right decision. The bike has a real presence on the road. Love it to bits even more after my 8 Ball paint job.
    If you get down to Youles, ask for Kieran.

    nixy is that your 8 ball paint job on your profile picture that looks very smooth ! I been on to youles no storm available till july maybe left my details. its shocking really that's two dealers I know of with no storm available for test ride something's wrong with that

    I test-rode a Thunderbird yesterday and was mightily impressed. I also rode a Victory Gunner - pants! and a Harlot Davidson 1200 Sportster which I found surprisingly good. The 'Bird was best imo by a significant degree - but so was it's price.
