    Umm :yum cold pizza has more flavour.
    I really can't do any of this dieting idea.....

    Yorkshireman, what is it your disagreeing with?
    It wasn't supposed to be scientific or anything!
    I thought the aspect ratio was acceptable, "pass us another cream cake darling?" :yum:yum:yum

    I’ve been ignoring this thread because I knew I was being naughty :imp:
    January 6th and I was 15stone 4lbs:(

    Properly pissed off with myself :mad:
    May 13th and I’m 15stone 2lbs FFS:mad:

    Going on holiday this weekend for 10 days and I’m gonna eat and drink like there’s no tomorrow :yum

    When I get back I’m going on a diet :mad:
    Honestly I am :p

    Yep Dilligaf same here.
    I dropped 2 pounds reliably at the start but for the last month or so I'm back to where I started.

    So much for losing a stone, weight loss over 5 months..... ounces!

    So BS1984 it looks like I'm following your trend then :p
    At 24 I was about 10.5 stone and was so for years then after 45 I seem to be aiming towards your 17.5 stone target.

    Roll on retirement and I can burn some of this off doing what I want to do, when I want to do it :grinning:

    Problem is you go to work with all the intent of getting home and doing xy and z.......... 12 hours later the reality sets in and it just doesn't happen.

    I know I can't be on my own here?

    Problem is I like the outdoors, obviously motorbikes especially off road bikes and can spend all day on a pile of rocks. This is a great work out far superior to going to any gym.
    I have a mountain bike and a road bike (cycle) which i enjoy but they all have one problem: TIME.

    Cycled 20 miles with the little lad last Saturday but the scales didn't notice as it's not regular enough.

    Her indoors is an excellent cook plus I've developed a palate for wine etc.

    These two factors are real negatives which im sure others have similar or same problems and when combined staying the same weight is really some achievement :rolleyes:

    Weighed myself last night and I’m Feckin 15stone 5lbso_O
    Really gonna put some effort into this now as I’ve set myself a target of 14stone or hopefully a bit less in time for the GMU :confused:
    That gives me about 7 weeks to hit my target :(
    Gotta rally to go to (Farmyard) in 3weeks time :) no doubt that this will be a bit of a set back :yum

    :mad: Why is all the nice stuff fattening :mad:

    I’ll give it a go with you Dilli, got 6 weeks until my next race, gonna see if I can get to 15st. Currently 16.3, so same sort of loss required, do a Sat am weigh in each week if you want?
