Removed the scaffolding and top boxes from NUDGERS arse end :)
Attached his tow bar and tightened everything up :)

:mad:Whilst removing the rear footrests I dropped a nylock nut and heard it fall into the valley of HELL :imp::mad:

Anyone who’s got one of these style of bike (Speedmaster/Bobber) will know that there is a forbidden zone behind the engine and in front of the rear wheel :scream:
Don’t go in there because here be DRAGONS and WIGGLY AMPS :skull:
Haven’t gotta clue what half the Feckin stuff in there is :( but that’s where the Feckin nut went :sob:
Took three quarters of an hour to find the little bastid

Yeah that’s what got it in the end :)
Had the bike jacked up and strapped down and had to take it off and back on the side stand before it moved enough to get it with the magnet
Couldn’t see it at all :( but knew that the little fecker was in there somewhere

    Hi DD,
Yes with no bars, my options were limited, indicators work well (although being on an angle I may put some tape to level the fit).
LED angel lights with projector lens. Also have Red Devil eye which is optional wire up. They came with a switch and I got them off wish.
Wired to battery for now, but would prefer ignition

Took the Bonneville up to Caffeine & Machine following me and crispeys visit there the other week.
The mini and the Ducati have gone from inside and now there's a Beetle instead!

So this morning I dropped the bobber off and was a tad underwelmed when they offered me a speed master in it's place...... to say I was very pleasantly surprised would be an understatement, it's a great motorcycle.... in my opinion It's better than the bobber, put the masters bars on the bobber please triumph!

Took three quarters of an hour, lucky you, it took me six hours to fit a new radiator on the Rocket, it's like one of those Russian dolls you keep removing bits to get at other bits.

Had a nice ride around the Yorkshire Dales today stopping off for a chicken burger and tea in Hawes and coffee in Settle.
Ride from Hawes to Kettlewell 001.jpg

That's meant to be a river on the left, obviously not had much rain lately.

Yeah, really enjoyed it. Went with a mate who has a BMW tractor thingy but he's not a bad lad really. Saw some mint Honda's in Settle including a VFR400 and a T reg CBR600F, both looked brand spanking new.

    First Poole Bike Night yesterday.
Not as busy as it usually is despite good weather.
This one was last weeks "Bike of the Night".
    t.jpg
First time I've seen one of these pointless horrors!
    tek.jpg
The bloke pointing is saying "What the feck is that?"
My mate says to the owner "well at least you don't need to put your foot down sat in traffic"
"Oh no, it still falls over " says the owner - £14600 and WHY!!!!!

Also a bit of family history research for me - my grandparents used to live in Poole in the 1920's when my grandad was a trainee vicar. This was their house (blue pots outside front door) in Market Street near the quay. (I can assure you it all went downhill after that!)
