Speed triple coolant is drained by removing the pipe at its lowest point
Undo the banjo, pull the tube off and it will drain
Remove the radiator cap to help
There is also a drain screw that needs removing (and washer iirc) this is at the base of cyclinder 1 behind the exhaust, this releases the coolant in the cylinder head.

Just a tip for refilling. I always pour the coolant in very slowly, to avoid air locks forming. Others have experienced this and found the air difficult to get out of the system. When I say slowly, I mean real slow, and also remove screw at top of radiator on the right hand side. This allows air to escape.

Can't see any drain bolts but exhaust, just these (2016 speedy)
Looked at manual ( 1st gen 1050) it just says take off bottom hose.
Could someone take a pic of this bleed bolt

    It is a copper washer
Not sure of screw/bolt size, I think it is an 8mm bolt head so possibly 6mm hole for a washer
