Hello all! New rider here - test only passed last year. Been meaning to get round to actually buying a bike - and really excited to say I’ll be picking up a Street Triple RS on the 24th Cannot wait! Father in law rides a ‘68 Daytona, and having visited the dealer a few times - tested their RS demo and fell in love. Looking forward to getting involved on here. Cheers! Adam
Lucky boy! Just take it steady and remember your limitations. Easier to get into trouble than out of it...... experience will come soon enough. Going from car to bike you can easily forget how invisible you have become. End of sermon! Go forth and enjoy!
Hello Adam and welcome to the forum Love your avatar,,,most of us on here love cake but some love crayons. Some would rather eat the crayons
Thanks for the warm welcome! I’ve a load of questions on rucksacks, bits for the bike etc. So I’ll be clogging up the forum in no time. Cheers!
Loads of people with lots of experience to help you along the way mate but don't forget to use the search facility as well to avoid doubling up on previously asked questions
Scramcannon. Welcome to the Family. Yes all I can say is get used to the triple before doing anything adventurous. Those triple's I swear talk to you and do have an attitude problem if you mistreat them. Ride Safe & Enjoy Joe.
Pickup day folks! Lashing with rain of course (spent all evening getting the bike back to looking how I picked her up!), and windy as all hell on the nervous ride home. But we’re here!
Scramcannon. Terrific looking machine. How's the grin on your face. Can get painful when you go on long rides. Ride Safe & Enjoy Joe.
Hi Adam and welcome to the forum great job on the cleanup. Wet ride with new tyres can be manic, glad you’re safely at home. Nice choice
